Our premier offering for college students who have demonstrated exceptional merit, a commitment to excellence, and potential for greatness; designed to empower future leaders to secure the best jobs in the world.
To ensure background qualification, please read the below:
Qualification is limited to applicants from historically underrepresented backgrounds. This includes (but is not limited to) racial and ethnic minorities, women, those with disabilities or neurodivergence, the LGBTQ+ community, first-generation college students, economically disadvantaged individuals or students with economically disadvantaged parents, veterans, immigrants, non-US citizens, and first-generation Americans. If you do not fit into one of the listed categories but believe you are from a meaningfully underrepresented or disadvantaged background, application is completely acceptable; but, in good faith, we must be provided with enough information during the evaluation process to adequately assess alignment with our PWS mission and to maintain the integrity of the program.
Becoming A Project Wall Street Fellow
The Fellowship Program is our premier offering, designed to empower future leaders to secure the best jobs in the world. Through a competitive, merit-based selection process, student earn the PWS Fellow distinction and receive entry into our Fellowship Program where they are provided with unparalleled training, personal mentorship, streamlined communication with our full team of Wall Street professionals, and access to a growing network of like-minded achievers: the future leaders of tomorrow. This Program Is Not Limited To Students From Prestigious Universities
We recognize that many Fellows are from elite Universities: they undergo the same selection process as all applicants, and if we determine that they have demonstrated a commitment to excellence, potential for greatness, exceptional merit, and come from backgrounds that are meaningfully, historically underrepresented, they have every right to earn the distinction of Project Wall Street Fellow. However, admission is in no way guaranteed or made more likely because of the name of your University. As demonstrated in our inaugural cohort, many Fellows do not go to Ivy League or other top schools - and they earned their distinction over applicants from the more traditional schools by undergoing the same exact admission process as everyone else.
Commitment To Our Broader Mission To Help All
While our Fellowship Program is a distinguished offering, necessary in upholding the integrity of its offering, Project Wall Street remains dedicated to supporting a wide range of individuals. We are committed to offering programs and resources accessible to all, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their career aspirations.
